Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve productive efficiency of an assembly line by providing a production change-over indicating means to carry out production change-over indication for production of a part which does not synchronize with assembly production of a main assembly line against a sub production line in accordance with operation information of the main assembly line and storage information of the part. CONSTITUTION:When a trouble is caused in a main assembly line A, an operation information collecting means 17 collects trouble information from the main assembly line A and a storage information collecting means 17 collects storage information of a part used for assembly production of the main assembly line A stored in a storage means C. A production change-over indicating means 17 carries out production change-over indication for production of the part which does not synchronize with the assembly production of the main assembly line A against a sub-production line B in accordance with each of these information, for example, carries out the production change-over indication from a line production part to a service part or a KD part.
