Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition, comprising a polyamide and an elastomer and excellent in mechanical properties and heat and impact resistances.
CONSTITUTION: This resin composition comprises (1) 90-40 pts.wt. polyamide, containing 0.01-30wt.% swellable fluormica-based mineral and obtained by polymerizing a monomer in the coexistence of the swellable fluormica-based mineral and (2) 10-60 pts.wt. modified elastomer prepared by carrying out the grafting reaction of an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound and/or an unsaturated epoxy compound with an elastomer.
