Abstract:
PURPOSE:To continue the production without giving adverse effect onto a produc tion line even when a fault takes place in a management terminal equipment managing the continuous production line. CONSTITUTION:The operating states of communication terminal equipments 10, 11, a management terminal equipment 13, a monitor terminal equipment 12, an intermediate check terminal equipment 15, a complete check terminal equipment 16, and work terminal equipments W1-W16 (hereinafter each terminal equipment are written in a terminal equipment operating confirmation file 35 in a server 6. The terminal equipment operating confirmation file 35 is read by a backup terminal equipment 40 at a prescribed time interval and the operating state of each management terminal equipment is confirmed. When the backup terminal equipment 40 discriminates that any management terminal equipment is faulty, the processing is executed in place of the management terminal equipment. As a result, the continuous production line is not stopped and the production is continued.
