Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a linear polyphosphine borane complex useful for an org. conductive material and an org. semiconductor by reacting phosphine borane sulfonates with a phosphine borane complex. CONSTITUTION:An aimed linear polyphosphine borane complex of formula III is obtd. by reacting phosphine borane sulfonates of formula I and a phosphine borane complex of formula II. In the formulas, R is H, a 1-20C substd. or unsubstd. alkyl, aryl or aralkyl; m is 2-100; R groups may be the same or different from each other and the same or different within or each of repeating units. Phosphine borane sulfonates used are prepd. by reacting a phosphine borane complex of formula IV (wherein n is 1-99) with RSO3H.
