Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set individually amounts of shift at lead and lag sides while setting stepwise the amount of shift by providing a switching circuit section selecting one signal among three signals having a phase difference at each period and outputting the result. CONSTITUTION:A basic write data signal WDATA is given to a shift register section 1 and shifted by a clock signal CLK. The shifted signal is divided into three signals; lead signals 1Q-3Q having a small phase difference, delay signals 5Q-7Q having a large phase difference, and a normal signal 4Q at the boundary of phase difference. The delay signals 5Q-7Q are given to the 1st selection circuit section 3 and only one is selected by selection signals S0, S1. Further, the lead signals 1Q-3Q are given to the 2nd selection circuit section 4, and only one is selected by selection signals S2, S3. Three signals which are write data signals C1, C2 selected by the selection circuit sections 3, 4 and a write data signal C0 corresponding to an intermediate normal signal 4Q are given to a switching circuit section 2, the write data signal C2 is used as a lead signal, the write data signal C1 is used as a delay signal and the write data C0 is used as a normal signal, and one of the write data signals C0-C2 is outputted by switching signals A, B as a write data signal SHDATA.
