CONSTITUTION: A spout nozzle C is raised up by the operation of an air cylinder 4 to swing a movable arm 3 upwards to the left, and a pipe A is sent onto turning rolls B, B. Thereafter, the arm 3 is swung upwards to the right, the touching roller 13 of the nozzle C is slightly pressed onto the surface of the pipe A being rotated, and a means E for measuring grease is driven. That is, a hydraulic cylinder 26 is driven upwards under the condition that valves 23, 23 are closed, and compounded grease b is sucked into a measuring cylinder 18 by the upward motion of a piston 19. Thereafter, the grease b sucked into the cylinder 18 is forcedly sent to the nozzle C and zonally pushed out through a spout slit 10. Hence, the grease b is applied onto the outer surface of the pipe A.
