PURPOSE: To prevent malfunction of an ejecting device while run mode is set to a magnetic recording tape, by hooking a guide pin with both an ejecting switch and a sub-ejecting switch.

CONSTITUTION: A latching recess 58 is formed to a sub-ejecting lever 56 fitted freely rotatably fitted to one side of the 1st base plate 32. A guide pin 72 fitted to the 3rd base plate 70 is inserted to a guide hole 46 of the 1st base plate 32 and latched to a latch recess (not shown) and the recess 58 of an ejection lever 36. When an ejection button (not shown) is depessed, a rod 40 is moved against an energizing means 44, the lever 36 turns clockwise and the latch of the pin 72 is released. When the ejection mode is set to a magnetic recording tape run device, the lever 56 turns clockwise and the latch of the pin 72 with the recess 58 is released.
