Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent toner from press-bonding to a transfer intermediate body and to prevent the occurrence of an image noise and the reduction of a life by adding a material for making a wettability small to the transfer intermediate body. CONSTITUTION:The material for making the wettability small is added to the transfer intermediate body 2 which is arranged in a contact state to the photosensitive body 1. The material for making the wettability small is mixed into a resin at the time of manufacturing the transfer intermediate body 2. Thus, even if the toner is pressed against the transfer intermediate body 2 in the part where the photosensitive body 1 comes in contact with the transfer intermediate body 2, the toner is hardly made to press-bond to the intermediate body 2 since the transfer intermediate body 2 is easy to repel the toner, so that the occurrence of the image noise can be prevented and the quality of the formed image can be stabilized and also the life of the transfer intermediate body can be prolonged.
