PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of shape at a sintering process by constituting a diaphragm with a ceramics sintering body having a crystal grain size being ≤nearly 1/5 the thickness of the speaker diaphragm.
CONSTITUTION: The acoustic characteristic of the speaker diaphragm is improved by making the thickness of the diaphragm thin and increasing the strength. In constituting the speaker diaphragm by the ceramic sintering body, although the thickness is made thin while the strength is kept, the deformation of shape tends to be caused. In order to get over the disadvantage like this, the maximum crystal grain size of the ceramics sintering body is taken as ≤nearly 1/5 the thickness of the speaker diaphragm. Thus, the deformation of shape is not almost caused in the sintering process and also the acoustic characteristic is improved.
