PURPOSE: To provide an ink jet head imparting excellent printing quality and excellent in mass productivity.

CONSTITUTION: Two rows of ink passages are formed by a piezoelectric ceramics plate 2 and a cover plate 3 and a nozzle plate 61 having nozzles 64 provided thereto at the positions corresponding to those of the ink passages is bonded to the end surfaces of both of the piezoelectric ceramics plate 2 and the cover plate 3. Since the nozzle plate 61 is formed by injection molding, the volume in each of the nozzles 64 can be increased and air is not involved in the nozzles 64 to impart excellent printing quality. Further, the shape in each of the nozzles 64 can be easily molded so as to improve the injection of ink.
