Title:
SOUND VOLUME ADJUSTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5839103
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the alarm effect, by making it possible that the user hears sounds with a sound volume different from that of sounds heard before when power is turned on again after power off.

CONSTITUTION: When an operation switch 5 is depressed, a set terminal S and a reset terminal R of an R-S FF7 are changed from level H to level L, and an output Q becomes H level. The output of the FF7 is applied to the base of a transistor (TR)Q2 to turn on the TRQ2, and therefore, the sound input applied to a terminal 10 is divided by resistances R1 and R2 and is attenuated and outputted. Meanwhile, when a timer is operated to turn on the power source in the morning, a voltage VCC is applied to the input side of a pulse generating circuit 8, and a negative pulse inverted by a TRQ1 after differentiation is inputted to the reset terminal R of the FF7. Therefore, the output Q is reset to L level to turn off the TRQ2, and the sound input applied to the terminal 10 is not attenuated and is outputted.
