Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an engine of high output, low fuel consumption, and less vibration, by using both a rotor corresponding to a cylinder part provided with semicircles at two places and a rotor corresponding to a piston part provided with clicks at two places of its tip portion. CONSTITUTION:A large rotor 4 rotates clockwise while a small rotor 5 rotates counterclockwise. The large rotor 4 rotates at the velocity of one half that of the small rotor 5, keeping airtightness at the contact surface. Fuel sucked from an intake port 12 is compressed by the small rotor 5 while makes turning flow, keeping airtightness on the inside surface of a small cylinder 2 by means of clicks 8 and 9 of the small rotor 5. The compressed gas is sent to a semicircle part 7 of the large rotor 4 and the degree of compression is increased as the click 8 enters the semicircle part 7. Explosion takes place when the clicks 8 and 9 are accommodated completely within the semicircle part 7, increasing the degree of compression. Next, an exhaust port 13 opens owing to the semicircle part 7 so that the exhaust gas is discharged. The circular motion of these large and small rotors 4 and 5, transmits the power directly to shafts 14 and 15.
