Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically control a flow rate, by setting a reach time for reaching a target discharged water quantity from the present discharged water quantity, and setting a control interval of the discharged water quantity in accordance with the reach time. CONSTITUTION:A target flow rate Qs(m<3>/S), Tmin of a reach necessary time (or N times of the number of times of control), and (t)min of a control interval are inputted to a control variable generating part CP by use of a display CRT, they are compared with the maximum and minumum values, respectively, and the validity is checked. On the other hand, to an operating part OP, the opening of the gate and the present water level are inputted, and the present discharged water quantity Qa is operated. The discharged water quantity Qa is inputted to the generating part CP, a difference delta to the flow rate Qs is derived, and it is compared with an allowable quantity DELTAq. In case of deltaDELTAq, the validity is checked by deriving a coefficient of a stage discharged water quantity of k=¦Qs-Qa¦divided by (T/t)+Qa, and the stage discharged water quanatity =k(T/t)<2> is derived and stored. In this way, the output part sends a control signal to the gate, etc. in accordance with the memory, and automatic control is executed.
