Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the detection accuracy of unaligned spoke wheel by providing a radial swing detector of spoke wheel onto a plate for supporting a lateral swing detector of the rim of spoke wheel while interlocking. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal rod 72 is supported through a boss projection 71 onto a spline shaft 69 journaled 68 slidably in axial direction to a plate 32 supported by unaligned spoke wheel detecting device. The corner sections of L-type levers 74, 75 are journaled 73 at the opposite ends of said rod 72 while a copy roller 85 contactable with the sideface of wheel rim 1c is pivoted at the tip of each lever 74, 75. While a detector 87 for detecting the gap against a disc 86 secured to one end of the spline shaft 69 is provided thus to construct a lateral swing detector for rim D. The motion of four copy rollers 97 contactable against the outercircumference of the rim 1c are led through a horizontal rod 90 to a horizontal board 104 and a detector 105 for detecting the gap between said board 104 is provided thus to construct a radial swing detector E.
