PURPOSE: To decrease the storage check, by providing a storage check function in a storage element.

CONSTITUTION: At write, a data is given to an input line 51, "0" is to an enable line 52, and a negative pulse is given to a write enable line 53 respectively, and the data is written in a memory cell 1. The data read out from the cell 1 is given to an output line 55 and an output line 64 via a line 59 and a gate 8. The coincidence with the input data on the line 51 is checked for the data on the line 64 at an exclusive logical OR gate 10, and when coincident, a signal 61 is set to "0" and when discident, the line 61 is set to "1". When a storage check indication line 54 is set to "1", an output of a gate 11 triggers an FF12 and the output is transmitted from a storage check line 56.
