Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the yield of the material of a motor by composing the projection of a rotor core by forming grooves on the inner periphery of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:A stator side core 6 is punched off from a soft steel plate. The core 6 is composed integrally with a yoke 7 and a field pole section 8. Grooves 9a, 9b are formed on the inner periphery of the section 8 at the press punching time. Further, the ends of projections 4a, 4b of a blank 1 of a rotor core are simultaneously composed by punching by pressing. The punched part 10 is composed in the width smaller than the radial lengths of the projections 4a, 4b, and composed as an air gap of a motor.
