Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent hunting of actuator by providing a solenoid valve and a flow control valve between the delivery side circuit of hydraulic pump and communication circuit of tank then turning on said solenoid valve upon deceleration. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid valve 4c and a flow control valve 9 are provided between the delivery side circuit 10 of hydraulic pump 2 and tank communication circuit 11 of hydraulic cylinder 1, and upon dropping of the difference between output signal from a displacement gauge 7 and command signal from controller 8 below preset level, the solenoid valve 4c is turned on by a signal from sole- noid driver 5. Since the moving speed of actuator 1 can be decreased without applying repeated pulses having different frequency and pulse width onto a solenoid exchange valve 4b, hunting of actuator 1 can be prevented reliably.
