Title:
MAGNETICALLY LEVITATING LINEAR GUIDE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6032579
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of elements for bearing levitating function and to reduce the electric power at the operating time by obliquely providing a composite magnet in the gravity direction, further enhancing the restriction of rocking motion by an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:Lines 19a, 19b of acting force are not parallel to the lines 17a, 17b of action so as to suppress the rocking motion around acrossing points 19a, 19b with electromagnets 15a, 15b. A control is affected by a signal from a displacement sensor, and the vibration suppressing action effective for a movable element 11 is provided. According to this structure, since a permanent magnet circuit supports the load of the movable element 11, it is not ideally necessary to flow a current in the equilibrated state in the coils of composite electromagnets 12a, 12b and the coils of electromagnets 15a, 15b, thereby reducing the power consumption.
