Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the synchronous interlocking mechanism of the titled device by a method wherein several motors are synchronously interlocked making use of a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The rotation angle of the rotation axes 4, 5 of the main and auxiliary motors 1, 2 are detected and converted into electric pulses by the pulse generators 6, 7 to be input into the microcomputer 8. The slip of the rotation angle phase of the anxiliary motor 2 is detected by said computer 8 making reference to the revolution of the main motor 1 and after calculating the corrected frequency values of the auxiliary motor 2 to input them into the frequency converter 3, the power supply frequencies of the auxiliary motor 2 are corrected in accordance with the output of said converter 3 to synchronize the rotation angle phase of the main and auxiliary motors 1, 2. Through these procedures, several multipurpose motors with simple and rigid constitution as well as relatively low cost may be synchronously interlocked with one another.
