Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct the joining of the rotor conductor and the short-circuit ring in a short time and with low cost and high reliability by providing copper plate cores at the extension section and cutting a beveling for weld in the copper core and the short-circuit ring. CONSTITUTION:Copper plate cores 7 are constituted by stacking cylindrically copper plates at the side end face of a rotor iron core, and a groove 101 into which a rotor conductor 2 is inserted near the surface of the circumference of the copper core 7 and a coaxial groove 701 provided. After the beveling 8 for weldment that exposes the side face of the rotor conductor 2 is cut in the short- circuit ring 3 and the copper plate cores 7, the rotor conductor 2 and short- circuit ring 7 are joined by welding. In this way it is possible to effect stable welding and make the thickness of the short-circuit ring small, with the result of short time in manufacturing and low cost and high reliability for the products.
