PURPOSE: To form an electrostatic image other than an original image clearly by providing the titled machine with the 1st lens for projecting and forming the original image to/on a photosensitive body and the 2nd lens for projecting and forming an image other than the original image.

CONSTITUTION: The 1st short focus lens array 14 for forming the image of an original set on an original platen on the peripheral surface of the photosensitive drum 13 is vertically fitted to the top part of the photosensitive drum 13. The copying machine has also a holder 44 for holding an LED array 15 and the 2nd short focus lens array 58 for exclusively forming an electrostatic latent image other than the original image and the holder 44 is fitted so as to cross the 1st short focus lens array 14 for forming said original image. Thus, the electrostatic latent image other than the original image can be clearly formed.
