Title:
CAMERA WITH DATA IMPRINTING FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5977423
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve detection precision and to realize cost reduction by utilizing perforations of a film and detecting a position detection signal for film movement by infrared-ray LED phototransistor.

CONSTITUTION: The LED phototransistors 12W16 incorporating LEDs and transistors (TR) in pairs are provided on the film contacting surface side of the film presser of a rear cover. Imprinted data such as a date and time, are inputted to a specific storage circuit. The TR12 outputs no signal right after photography and the TRs 13W16 output signals. Then, when the film is advanced, each TR output signal changes and 40 position signals are detected on a single advance. Those signals are outputted to a specific circuit to imprint the stored data at the timeing. Consequently, the detection precision is improved and the cost reduction is realized.
