Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a thermal recorder for usual papers, which is capable of exactly transmitting heat to powder inks, by using a system in which an ink- coating belt on which powder ink is sprayed is lapped on a recording paper, and they are pressingly held by a thermal head and a platen roller.
CONSTITUTION: Powder ink 6 in an ink trap 14 is sprayed onto an ink-coating belt 15 through a nozzle 20. The ink-coating belt 15 is lapped on a recording paper P and pressingly held by a thermal head 7 and a platen roller 21. The head generated from th thermal head 7 is thus exactly transmitted to the powder ink 6 without fear of the leakage of powder ink to the outside.
