Title:
OPTICAL LOW-PASS FILTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60164719
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate an influence of carrier components without reducing a high frequency component of a base band component, by laminating and placing the first quartz plate, the second quartz plate and the third quartz plate so that the second quartz plate is positioned in the middle, and dividing one incident light into several lights.

CONSTITUTION: A quartz plate 11 divides incident light into normal light and abnormal light, and a main surface 14 on which these normal light and abnormal light exist makes an angle of θ1 (for instance, +45°) to a horizontal scanning direction H. As for a quartz plate 12, a main surface 15 on which the normal light and the abnormal light exist coincides with the horizontal scanning direction. As for a quartz plate 13, its main surface 16 makes an angle of θ2 (for instance, -45°) to the horizontal scanning direction H. These three quartz plates 11, 12 and 13 are laminated and stuck so that the second quartz plate 12 is positioned in the middle. Also, they are placed in an incident light path so that the quartz plate 13 comes to the nearest position to a solid-state image pickup element side.
