An overvoltage protection circuit 10 is built in the inside of a plug-type electricity leakage protective-detection device 1 and the circuit of the toilet bowl 16 with the warm-water flush system is protected from being breaking down. Because the electricity leakage protective-detection device 1 is made to be a separate body from the toilet bowl with the warm-water flush system and is built in a plug part of an outlet for a domestic use, it can be immediately replaced, when the electricity leakage protective-detection device 1 is destroyed.
