Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device that improves user-friendliness when a user moves to a western style toilet bowl or sits on the western style toilet bowl, and can prevent an armrest from being displaced from an installation position even if a relatively large force is applied thereto.SOLUTION: A support member 6 comprises: a first connection part 8 for connecting an armrest 4; a second connection part 10 for connecting a contact member 14; and fixing means 12 formed between the first connection part and the second connection part, and fixed to a western style toilet bowl. The contact member 14 is disposed below the armrest so that at least the front end of the armrest is located in front of the contact member. The contact member transmits a force generated toward the lower side of the armrest to a rear wall surface 22 with at least a portion of the fixing means of the support member as a fulcrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
