A sheet roll 3 in which a toilet sheet 2 for the dog is wound in the form of a roll, a winding roller 4 installed separately from the sheet roll 3 and winding the toilet sheet 2 for the dog, a motor 5 winding the winding roller 4, a dog detecting sensor 6 detecting the dog D, a timer 7 starting by detection of the dog detecting sensor 6, a sheet detecting means 8 for detecting that the toilet sheet 2 for the dog is wound by a prescribed length, and a pedestal 9 for mounting the sheet roll 3, winding roller 4, motor 5, dog detecting sensor 6, timer 7 and sheet detecting means 8.
