Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety for a high difference decoding method, a difference decoding method and a linear decoding method by rotating respective outputs of a S-box by specified bits to the left side, sending the rotated result to new second part and sending previous second part to new first part.
SOLUTION: Thirty two bits of round input data X=X1 X2 X3 X4 and a round key are connected by exclusive OR operation in a block 10. One data X1 among every eight bits obtd. deviding thirty two bits input data X into eight bits is expressed by a block 20, an exclusive OR operator is expressed by a block 30, and a 256 * 8 of S-box being a nonlinear function for eight bits output data of eight bits input data is expressed by a block 40. And one byte (eight bits) rotation of connected thirty two bits data from eight bits output block of the S-box is executed in a block 50. Thirty two bits output data from a round function are expressed by a block 60.
