PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet for a pet, which can restrain a smell from being exuded.SOLUTION: A toilet 1 for a pet includes a container-type toilet body 100 that has an opening on a top surface, and a partitioning member 200 that has a plurality of through-holes 201... penetrating in a vertical direction and that partitions the inside of the toilet body 100 into upper and lower layer parts. The toilet 1 for the pet is used in the state of introducing a hydrophobic liquid (urine sealing liquid M), smaller in specific gravity than urine, into the lower layer part.
