Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat or a toilet lid having a leg part that achieves both cleanliness and shock resistance.SOLUTION: A toilet seat molding die having a recess (an insertion region) where a leg part is arranged is prepared (S100). The leg part is molded beforehand by injecting a thermoplastic elastomer material into a leg part molding die in which the outer surface is inclined so that the outer peripheral edge part becomes thinner toward the end part, and the peripheral diameter is larger than the insertion region (S110). The leg part is arranged in the insertion region in a state that the outer peripheral edge part of the molded leg part is floated from the toilet seat molding die (S120), and a toilet seat with the leg part integrated is molded by injecting a resin material into the toilet seat molding die (S130).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
