Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat having excellence in appearance quality without deformation due to filling pressure of a closing member joining a seating member and a bottom wall member.SOLUTION: A toilet seat 100 is provided, in which a seating member 110 includes: a seating face part 111 supporting a hip of a user; and side face parts 112 formed so as to hang down from inner and outer peripheral sides of the seating face part 111. A bottom wall member 120 includes: a bottom face part 121 facing an upper face of a toilet bowl; and downward extending parts 122 formed so as to hang down from inner and outer peripheral sides of the bottom face part 121. The downward extending parts 122 and the side face parts 112 of the seating member 110 fit each other such that one of them projects downward with respect to the other, a closing member 130 composed of a molten resin is filled and solidified on a side face of the projected part, thereby the seating member 110 and the bottom wall member 120 are joined.
