Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for fixing piping to perform easy and rapid piping mounting work and capable of fixing piping without any backlash.
SOLUTION: The tool for fixing piping comprises a pair of band bodies nipping the piping to fix the piping at a fixing side such as a wall; and a mounting member located between two band bodies and mounted on the fixing side. By inserting bolts in the two band bodies and the mounting member, the band bodies are securely fastened to the mounting member. In the so formed tool for fixing the piping, the bolt is fixed at one band body through a caulking processing. An opening in which a caulking part for the bolt is fitted is formed in the mounting member, and the caulking part is constituted in a manner not to protrude from the mounting member.
