To select functions by separately forming a tool main body consisting of arms and a handle, sandwiching the handle between the tool main body, and changing the mounting direction of the tool main body by equipping with two functions from a tool such as a pair of pliers or a knife.
A pair of arms 14 are supported by a bolt 15a so as to be made to serve as a tool main body 12. A pair of scissors 16 and a pair of pliers 17 are formed on the arms 14. Engaging plates 18 are mounted on the outside surfaces 14a of both arms 14. While, an inserting space 32 for inserting either a pair of scissors 16 of the arms 14 or a pair of pliers 7 thereof, is formed in handle pieces 13a, 13b, and a stopper is formed which fixes the arms 14 while the bolt 15a and axial centers of handle shafts 21, 22 are matched to each other when the tool main body 12 is inserted in the inserting space 32. A fitting groove 33 is formed in the inserting space 32, and the engaging plates 18 of the arms 14 are engaged therewith.
