To provide a tool for an adhesive tape capable of correctly positioning the adhesive tape with respect to a door frame irrespective of a shape of a corner part when adhering the adhesive tape to a surface of a pillar part of the door frame.
The tool 10 for adhering an adhesive tape to a pillar part of a door frame of a vehicle comprises an adhesive tape locking member 20 capable of holding the adhesive tape, a fixing member 30 having an engagement part 34 to be engaged with a predetermined straight range at an upper edge of an upper frame to be continuous to the pillar part and fixable to an upper frame, and a positioning plate 40 having a positioning abutting surface 42a capable of abutting the engagement part 34 of the fixing member 30 on a predetermined part A of a straight side edge of the pillar part and a fixing abutting surface 42b capable of abutting the fixing member 30 on a predetermined part A when the fixing member is fixed to the upper frame.
