PURPOSE: To exhibit large torque in a tool where a tool body is rotatably arranged at the tip of a handle.

CONSTITUTION: An installing seat 3 having a circular hole 5 is arranged on one side of a spanner head part 1. Recessed parts 7, 8, 9 and 10 are arranged in the circular hole 5. A rotary disk 14 is arranged rotatably freely in the circular hole 5 so as to be movable slidably. A through hole 15 is arranged in the diameter direction of the rotary disk 14. A stopper 18 is inserted in the through- hole 15 so as to be movable slidably, freely, and a projecting part 20 capable of fitting gently to the recessed parts 7... is arranged. A shaft part 22 which is fitted/inserted in the through-hole 15 so as to be capable of approaching/ retreating and comes into contact with a stopper 18, is arranged on the other side of a handle 4. Thereby, when the projecting part 20 is inserted selectively in the recessed parts 7..., a direction of the spanner head part 1 and the handle 4 can be changed.
