Abstract:
PURPOSE: To optimize motive power necessary for crushing, particle size of a crushed product, crushing efficiency and crushing performance such as a bite by arranging the groove forming member of a mantle in the array direction of a prescribed direction angle and arranging the constitutional member of a concave in the array direction orthogonal to the directional angle.
CONSTITUTION: A region is provided so that the directional. angle θ1 of the groove forming member 22 of a mantle 12 is regulated to the array direction of 45°-75° and the directional angle θ2. of a concave 18 is regulated to the orthogonal direction. Crushing performance is not optimized in a region excepting the region. In other words, crushing load is increased and the particle size distidution of a crushed product is increased in the distribution width and sensitivity is lost and fine powder is generated. When crushing efficiency is shown by the ratio of crushing quantity in normal particle size and workload, the rate is lowered. Nip angle is lowered in bite in a crushing chamber.
