Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter device and a gear unit capable of effectively restricting gear inclination or gear looseness even if its configuration is simple.SOLUTION: Since a clearance between a first small diameter part 40c and a first reference inner circumferential part 36a acting as a proximity part location spaced apart in an axial line direction is 40 μm or less and a clearance between a flange part 40a and a second reference inner circumferential part 36c is 55 μm or less, it is possible to restrict looseness between a first gear 36 and a unit shaft 40 during normal torque transmittance operation. In turn, since a clearance between a first small diameter part 40c and a first reference inner circumferential part 36a is 15 μm or more and a clearance between the flange part 40a and a second reference inner circumferential part 36c is 30 μm or more so as not to cause the clearance to become a negative value even if each of the components is shrunk under a low temperature environment, the first gear 36 and the unit shaft 40 are rotated smoothly in relative manner when a clutch function is realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
