Abstract:
To provide a twisting and holding apparatus capable of twisting and folding an end part of each conductor with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A twisting and holding apparatus that twists and holds an end part of a plurality of conductors projected in a shaft direction of a stator core, includes: cylindrical holding jigs that each have a plurality of holding parts holding the end of the plurality of conductors while being positioned at a place in parallel in a peripheral direction, and can be moved in a circumferential direction; and a circumferential direction driving device that makes at least one of each holding jig and a stator move relative to the other in the circumferential direction in a state where a shaft of the stator and a shaft of each holding jig are matched. Each holding part is a concave part that opens in the shaft direction of each holding jig, and has two side surfaces positioned in the circumferential direction of the concave part, a bottom surface 7d positioned at the end part in the shaft direction of the concave part, and two bottom part guide surfaces connecting the bottom surface 7d and the two side surfaces to each other and having a width in the circumferential direction of the concave part becoming smaller as directed to the bottom surface 7b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
