To mount a bearing member to a center plate easily without using adhesive.
A button bearing member 34 is an approximate cylindrical shape and integrally structured by a fit-in part 35, a first flange 36, a second flange 37. The fit-in part 35 is a cylindrical shape of which diameter is slightly smaller than an attachment hole 14H. The first flange 36 is provided at an end side of the fit-in part 35 and its diameter is larger than the attachment hole 14H. The second flange 37 is provided at an ed side opposite to the first flange 36 of the fit-in part 35. As for the second flange 37, the button bearing member 34 is also larger than the attachment hole 14H and is formed as a tapered shape (taper 37T) wherein diameter of its outside in a cylindrical axis direction is smaller. In the button bearing member 34, a gutter 34M is formed by a side surface of the fit-in part 35 and inside walls of the first flange 36 and the second flange 37. The gutter 34M is slightly wider than thickness of the center plate 14.
