To obtain the subject preparation capable of extremely accelerating a skin permeating speed of a drug and useful for increasing transdermal absorption of a drug by using a compound having a carbon number, which is limited in specific values, in an alkanoyl chain as an absorbefacient together with the medicine.
(A) Decanoyl-N-methylglucamide and/or undecanoyl-N- methylglucamide and (B) at least one compound expressed by formula I [R1 is a substitutional group of an amino group; R2 is H or a substitutional lower alkyl; R3 is a substitutional lower alkyl, R4 and R5 are each a substitutional lower alkyl or aralkyl; R6 and R7 are each a substitutional lower alkyl or forms a (substituted) heterocycle together with a nitrogen atom], etc., or its pharmaceutically permissible salt are administered simultaneously, separately or successively with time difference. Further, a component B may be obtained e.g. through a reaction such as an azide method using a compound of formula II and an amino compound of formula III as starting materials.
