The forward multi-stage and backward one-stage transmission 2 and a transfer 3 connecting the output shaft side of the transmission 2 are provided. The transfer 3 is provided with a change-over means 4 selectively changing over a first driving system for transmitting the input of the forward multi-stage and backward one-stage from the transmission 2 to output as it is to a second driving system for outputting all the inputs of the forward multi-stage and backward one-stage from the transmission 2 as reverse, and vice versa.
