To provide a transfer device wherein lubrication oil is prevented from leaking out from a breather hole to outside.
The transfer device 1 is provided with a storing space 14 for storing a gear mechanism 6, a breather chamber 15 adjacent to the storing space 14 and communicating with the breather hole 27 and a plate 16 for isolating the storing space 14 and the breather chamber 15. The plate 16 is provided with a first communicating hole 18 for communicating with the storing space 14 and the breather chamber 15 and a cover 19 for covering the fist communication hole 18 and having an opening at a downstream side in a rotation direction of the gear mechanism 6. Thus, even if the lubrication oil is scattered with rotation of the gear mechanism 6, the cover 19 prevents the communication oil from directly colliding to an inside face of the breather chamber 15 via the first communication hole 18 and prevents the lubrication oil from leaking out from the breather hole 27.
