To select a plurality of transfer widths until a laminated tape is wasted out with small outer diameter and many selecting numbers of the width by providing a plurality of transfer heads with different widths for transferring a laminate in contact with the head, and selectively bringing the head into contact with the tape.

An opening 9 having transfer ports 8 of front and rear members 11, 10 of the same shape is provided at an end of a body 7 of a case 2, and rails 3, 4 having large and small gears 17, 18 are supported to the case 2 by rotary shafts 15, 16. A rotary member 5 having plate-like transfer heads 20, 21, 22 having protrusions 25 and different end widths is supported to the case 2 by a rotary shaft 26 so that selected one of the heads 20 to 22 is always disposed in the port 8 by a pressing piece 6 and leaf spring 31. A tape 32 wound on a reel 3 is extended to the port 8, in contact with any of the heads 20 to 22, folded and wound on the reel 4.
