PURPOSE: To collectively transfer all the load on a pallet by loading the load on the pallet provided with gaps on a top board, by projecting both ends of load receiving bars into the gaps so as to insert them, by raising the pallet, by inserting supporting tools under it so as to temporarily support the load receiving bars, and by exchanging the pallet.

CONSTITUTION: Into gaps formed on the top board of a pallet 10 on which a load is mounted, load receiving bars 17 are inserted so that their both ends project from both sides of the pallet 10. Then, the pallet 10 is raised, and supporting tools 18 and 19 which are higher than the pallet 10 are inserted under it so as to support both ends of the receiving bars. Then, the pallet 10 is lowered and removed. Next, another pallet is inserted and raised to receive the load from the load receiving bars 17. Then, the supporting tools 18 and 19 are removed and the pallet is lowered together with the load.
