PURPOSE: To enable to transfer resin whose foams are few in quantity to desired place, by a method wherein a vessel provided with a decompression device is installed on the aimed place and the resin is discharged after the resin has been sucked and transferred by decompressing the inside of the vessel.

CONSTITUTION: The inside of a decompression tank 1 is decompressed by a decompression device 1a, resin 4 is sucked and transferred within the decompression tank 1 through a resin supply opening 1b and the resin 4 is passed through a passage 1c by turning the same into a state of thin film. When the resin 4 is turned into a state of thin film, it becomes that a foam in the inside of the resin is apt to eliminate, and the resin 4 accumulated in the decompression tank 1 is discharged on a base material 7. Then the resin 4 is dripped to the base material 7. As the titled method is so constituted that the resin is transferred by making use of a pressure difference and it does not happen that an impeller of a pump does not abut against the resin like a case wherein the pump is arranged within piping like this, it is hardly feared that the foam is included in the resin. As deaeration, moreover, is performed also within the decompressed tank, the resin whose foams are few in quantity can be fed to a desired place and a place to use it.
