Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain uniform film thickness of an oriented film obtd. by using a transfer plate with which an oriented film to be formed on a substrate so as to orient liquid crystal molecules in one direction is obtd. by printing in the production process of a liquid crystal panel.
CONSTITUTION: The transfer plate 11 for forming an oriented film using, a solution has such structure that projections 12 are arranged in a lattice with ≤75μm lattice interval. Thereby, the soln. for forming an oriented film which fills recessed parts among projections 12 is made uniform, thereby, uneven film thickness of a liquid film transferred to a substrate can be decreased.
