Abstract:
To prevent the fracture of a line shaft by absorbing the deformation of each forming station in a transfer press respectively, each forming station of which is modularized.
Plural forming stations W1, W2, W3, and W4 are arranged in a press line L direction. A line shaft 9 to synchronously drive slide driving mechanisms 7 and 8 of each of forming stations W1, W2, W3, and W4, is divided at the positions between each of forming stations W1, W2, W3, and W4, and then the forming stations W1, W2, W3, and W4 are modularized. A flexible shaft joint 21 is mounted at the divided part of the line shaft 9 so as to obtain flexibility.
