Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve abrasion resistance, strength holding performance, and rubber adhesion force of a sail cloth by specifying L component of RFL composit and elongate crack durability by preventing especially initial cutting of a tooth foot part of a toothed belt.
CONSTITUTION: A base cloth impregnation treated by RFL(resorcine- formaldehyde-latex) composite, of which L component is MBR latex, is adopted as a sail cloth 5 for covering a tooth rubber layer 3 of a belt main body 4.
