Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at forbidding only voice communication without regulating non-telephonic communication using a mobile phone within a specific area where a voice speech is regulated, relating to a transmission confinement method of a cellular phone in a cellular phone system configured of a base station and the mobile phone connectable with the base station by radio.
SOLUTION: A jamming instrument is formed in the specific area to restrict the utilization of the mobile device, and it has a jamming generating portion which outputs jamming radio to the specific area by a control channel monitoring portion and the control of the control channel monitoring portion. If the control channel monitoring portion supervises a control channel between the mobile device and the base station in the specific area, and detects a signal representing a call of speech communication, it constitutes so that the jamming radio is generated by driving the jamming generating portion only to a radio channel for telephone conversation.
