To provide a transmission device capable of notifying information on data to be transmitted without affecting data transmission.SOLUTION: A user PC 100 is a transmission device for transmitting data to a terminal device 300 and includes: a user PC notification part 110; an input part 130 for inputting a selection instruction of data for making the user PC notification part 110 perform transmission and a transmission instruction of the data; and a transmission control part 175 for making the user PC notification part 110 transmit data selected by an operation received by the input part 130 and a notification about the selected data.
